Dune: Awakening is gearing up for its release with a large-scale beta weekend. On April 25, Funcom announced on their official site that the beta test will be open to players globally, accompanied by a new trailer showcasing cinematic moments and story highlights.
The announcement notes that this beta, unlike previous closed tests, has no NDA, allowing players to freely share their gameplay and stream online. The post states, "With access to the first 20 hours and most of Act 1, players will dive into the game’s spice-driven narrative."
To participate, players can wishlist the game and request access via the Dune: Awakening Steam page or secure beta codes during the global broadcast on May 10. Further details about the beta will be shared soon.
