During the Bird of Prey quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you'll need to track five poacher groups scattered throughout the wilderness. This proves challenging as the game doesn't provide exact locations.
Where to Find Poachers in Bird of Prey
Poacher #1

The initial poacher is relatively easy to locate. After speaking with the gamekeeper to begin the quest, head north of the pond and enter the forest. Search through dense vegetation to discover the first poacher's camp.
Remember that killing poachers affects your reputation. This first target can be intimidated without bloodshed - you may either release him or send him to authorities. Don't forget to collect poaching equipment as evidence.
Poacher #2

The second poacher presents the greatest tracking challenge. While NPCs may offer clues, you can proceed directly to the marked area. This aggressive target often requires combat due to low persuasion chances. Retrieve equipment from his body as proof if violence becomes necessary.
Poacher #3

Gravedigger Ignatius near Apollonia provides information about this poacher in Slatego Forest. You'll need to investigate two sites - first an abandoned camp, then westward where wolves guard human remains. Defeat the predators and recover evidence from the unfortunate poacher's corpse.
Poacher #4

This encounter involves three armed poachers deep in the woods. Instead of direct confrontation, investigate three key pieces of evidence: a deer carcass, deer skin, and hanging remains. Presenting these findings to the gamekeeper completes this objective without unnecessary risk.
Poacher #5

Surprisingly, the final target is Hans Capon. Search the western rocky area of the marked territory to find your old friend. Since apprehending noblemen proves impossible, collect his poaching gear as the final piece of evidence instead.
