Server-Crashing Infinite Damage Build Emerges

The current Diablo 4 season introduces powerful seasonal boss abilities that, when strategically combined, create an unstoppable damage loop that strains game servers. Prominent content creator Macrobioboi demonstrated this phenomenon in a May 9 showcase, where a carefully engineered build annihilated entire rooms using specific boss powers and Legendary Aspects.
This game-breaking combination requires the Vampiric Curse Legendary Aspect, which applies a permanent Vulnerable status effect to enemies. While Vulnerable typically boosts damage temporarily, this Aspect makes the debuff last until enemy death.

The build reaches its full potential when paired with the Flesh Reaper's Disruption boss power. Normally, this ability stuns enemies while removing Vulnerable status - but Vampiric Curse's permanent effect creates an endless stun loop. Varshan's Life Steal power adds to the chaos by dealing massive damage with each boss power activation.
The resulting calculations overwhelm servers, as seen in wudijo's gameplay footage showing endless skill effects and permanently stunned enemies. "The system is processing countless simultaneous calculations," wudijo noted. "This build was practically designed to cause lag."
Blizzard has yet to address this performance-draining exploit, allowing players to continue using it - at the cost of server stability.
Berserk Collaboration Sparks Pricing Concerns

Diablo 4's current Berserk manga crossover introduces iconic cosmetics, but the premium pricing structure has divided the community. While some rewards are earnable through gameplay, the most sought-after items require substantial real-money investment.
Players can obtain these free cosmetics by collecting Behelits in-game:
・Hawks Destiny Back Trophy
・Skull Knight's Heraldry Mount Armor
・Brand of Sacrifice Marking
・Foretold Eclipse Headstone
・Od of the Berserker Emblem

The true collector's items are the premium Berserk-themed armor sets, available only through Diablo 4's Platinum currency:
・Berserker Armor (Barbarian) - 2,800 Platinum
・Hawk of Light (Rogue) - 2,800 Platinum
・The Struggler (Rogue) - 2,800 Platinum
・Skull Knight (Necromancer) - 2,800 Platinum
・The Schnoz Pet Bundle - 2,800 Platinum
・Warhorse of the Hawk Mount Bundle - 2,500 Platinum
Each $28 cosmetic set costs nearly half the base game's price, with the complete collection totaling $150 (or 15,000 Platinum including bonus currency).

While this mirrors Diablo 4's previous WoW crossover pricing, it sets a concerning precedent for future collaborations. Many players hesitate to invest despite the high-quality designs, questioning whether these digital items warrant such premium costs.
