How to Unlock 'Under the Straw Hat' in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
To start "Under the Straw Hat," you must first initiate the "In Vino Veritas" side quest in Kuttenberg. Upon arrival, locate Casper Rudolf on the west side of the city, offering free wine samples. He seeks your help to enhance his wine through gathered information.
You have two routes: directly approach Havel to impress him with your wine knowledge, or retrieve Casper's book from Adleta to deepen your understanding. If you choose Havel, ensure you're dressed elegantly and clean. In your conversation with him, select "Germany," "Steinberger," and "It's missing ginger" to extract the necessary information. Return to Casper with these insights.
Access the Vineyard
Casper then tasks you with infiltrating a vineyard north of Kuttenberg to learn more about the incense Havel mentioned. Avoid trespassing by sticking to the main road and speaking with the recruiter, who will introduce you to the "Under the Straw Hat" quest. Proceed along the road past a guard to find Jerome on a bench. Inform him you're there to report, and he'll brief you on working at the vineyard.

Working at the Vineyard
Your job begins the following day, so rest at an inn and return in the morning. To earn wages, move sacks to their designated spots and pick Thistle plants around the vines. Alternatively, you can skip this and head straight to the secret incense.
The incense is located in the wine cellar of the main building, downstairs from where you met Jerome. Accessing it requires either a lockpick or stealing keys from Jerome. In the cellar, find a chest and take all the Sulphur Wicks inside to complete the main objective. For an increased reward, also collect five seedlings from a door opposite the main entrance, though this is considered trespassing, so act swiftly.
If you choose to work, collect your pay from Jerome at day's end. Otherwise, return to Casper with the Sulphur Wicks and, if possible, the seedlings.
Upon completing these tasks, you'll finish both "Under the Straw Hat" and "In Vino Veritas" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, unlocking further quests like "Master Schindel's Toys."
