The wait is over for fans of Peglin, the Pachinko Roguelike, as it has officially launched its 1.0 version on Android, iOS, and PC. After more than a year in early access, this full release is a thrilling milestone for players who have been eagerly anticipating the complete game.
What Makes Peglin So Engaging?
Developed and published by Red Nexus Games, Peglin combines turn-based gameplay with the unique mechanics of Pachinko and the challenging elements of rogue-like games. Fans of Peggle and Slay the Spire will find Peglin's gameplay familiar yet refreshingly new. The game features four distinct goblin classes: Peglin, Balladin, Roundrel, and Spinventor. You begin your journey as Peglin, the starter class, and unlock the others as you progress. In this charming pixel-art world, you play as a small green goblin on a mission to reclaim your gold from thieving dragons, using orbs to navigate through levels filled with bouncing pegs.
What's New in Peglin 1.0?
The 1.0 update brings a wealth of new content and enhancements. The final Cruciball levels, 17 to 20, are now accessible, intensifying the challenge with tougher minibosses, additional enemies in regular battles, and more formidable bosses. A new forest miniboss, the Slime Hive, introduces a fresh challenge by summoning Slimedrops. Additionally, a rare relic called the Crystal Catalyst has been added, which enhances Spinfection damage. The update also includes numerous balance adjustments and quality-of-life improvements, such as a reshuffling peg board during battles with Thesaurosus to prevent players from being stuck with unfavorable layouts.
With Peglin 1.0 now available, you can dive into an adventure that takes you through forests, fortresses, and dragon lairs. Experience the full version of Peglin by downloading it from the Google Play Store.
