VIDA is a digitally native brand dedicated to building a sustainable mobility ecosystem. The My VIDA app serves as an integrated component, supporting the entire consumer journey from ownership and beyond. It connects key vehicle functions that can be smoothly controlled remotely via the app over WiFi, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and cloud connectivity.

Key My VIDA app features over WiFi include turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free call management, missed call alerts, SMS alerts, and phone status (Network, Battery, & App Connection). Over cloud connectivity: remote immobilization, live tracking, share scooter location, trip analysis, emergency alerts (Panic, Theft, Battery Removal, Fall, Accident), geofencing, Incognito mode, custom driving modes, and OTA updates. Over BLE: Lock/Unlock, Ignition On/Off, Boot Open, and Ping my Scooter.

Users can also schedule charging at their nearest station, plan commute routes and navigation ahead of time, and request service at home, on-road, or at a service station. Riders can even personalize their ride based on terrain or mood.
