The My Renault app is your key to a connected Renault experience. This comprehensive app offers a suite of features designed for ease and convenience.

Key Features:

Vehicle Management: Access vital vehicle information, including warranty details, consumable replacement schedules, and your owner's manual. The app also provides access to chat support (Angel Center Talk), your car insurance company's call center, and recall notifications.
Effortless Maintenance Scheduling: Real-time maintenance network availability, appointment scheduling, and push notifications for upcoming maintenance and consumable replacements are all conveniently integrated. Estimated costs (labor included, where available) are also provided.
openR Link & Panoramic Screen Integration: Enjoy remote vehicle control (remote start/climate control, door locking/unlocking, horn/light activation), vehicle location tracking, and destination transfer to your car's navigation system. Real-time vehicle status updates (fuel level, mileage, odometer) are also available.
Exclusive Membership Benefits: Stay informed about news, events, promotions, and discounts. Manage your membership details and expiration dates. Access additional resources such as an accessory shopping mall, Happy Care warranty extension subscriptions, new car information, and online quotes.

App Update: As of April 3rd, 2024, the app has been rebranded as "My Renault," reflecting Renault's global brand values.

Optional Permissions: You can use the app without granting optional permissions, but some features will be unavailable. These include: location services (for vehicle location, navigation, and maintenance scheduling), photo/video access (for email attachments), notifications, Bluetooth access (for digital key functionality), and phone access (for phone consultations).

Smartwatch Compatibility: Since September 1st, 2023, Galaxy Watch 4 and later models (Wear OS v3.0 or higher) support openR link remote control via a dedicated smartwatch app. Requires a logged-in My Renault smartphone app and openR link registration with a compatible vehicle. Customizable tiles provide at-a-glance information.
