In just a few minutes, you can complete the assessment and receive personalized recommendations to enhance your lifestyle. The app encourages you to make positive changes through engaging and simple trackers. When you participate in these trackers, you can enhance your experience by syncing data from your connected devices via the Health Connect app. For instance, if you're tracking your running activities, you can grant access to your Health Connect app, and your running data will automatically synchronize with the tracker upon launching the app.

My Health Portal App is available through your employer's health and well-being program on a voluntary basis, ensuring your information remains strictly confidential.
