Techland révolutionne le gameplay de Dying Light 2 avec l'introduction de Tower Raid, un mode passionnant et inspiré de Roguelite qui promet des défis imprévisibles et des scénarios de survie intenses. Après des tests approfondis l'année dernière, cette fonctionnalité très attendue est désormais officiellement intégrée dans le jeu, offrant aux joueurs une toute nouvelle façon de naviguer dans l'environnement infecté.

Dans Tower Raid, les joueurs n'incarneront pas Aiden Caldwell, mais choisiront plutôt quatre guerriers distincts: char, bagarreur, ranger ou spécialiste. Chaque guerrier représente un archétype de combat unique avec des capacités spécifiques, favorisant des styles de jeu variés et le travail d'équipe stratégique. Pour ceux qui recherchent un défi plus difficile, le mode permet aux joueurs de réduire la taille de leur équipe - ou de braver les périls de la tour en solo.

Le mode comprend trois paramètres de difficulté - robustes, normaux et élites - chacun affectant l'intensité et la durée de la course. Chaque session est générée de manière procédurale, garantissant qu'aucune montée en haut de la tour n'est identique.
