Unlocking Domain Expansion
Jujutsu Infinite features two Domain types: Incomplete and Full Domain Expansion.
- Incomplete Domain: Unlocked upon completing the final story segment (Level 420). Functions similarly to a Full Domain, but innate abilities lack full area-of-effect (AoE) within it.
- Full Domain Expansion: The culmination of the Mastery path for certain Legendary and Special Grade Cursed Techniques. Located on the far right of the Innate Skills Mastery tree, it requires a Domain Shard and Mastery Level 250 in the specific Innate Technique.
Obtaining Domain Shards
Domain Shards are rare and valuable. Acquisition methods include:
- Curse Market NPC: This vendor periodically offers Domain Shards in exchange for Demon Fingers and Jade Lotuses.
- Chests: A low-probability loot drop from chests. Luck-enhancing consumables are recommended.
- Trading: Players can trade Domain Shards amongst themselves.
- World Loot: Shards may appear on the map; the Item Notifier gamepass (2,699 Robux) aids in locating them.
Utilizing Domain Expansion
Domain Expansion is your ultimate attack.
- Equip: Select it via the Skills menu.
- Fill Meter: Damage enemies to fill the Domain Meter.
- Activate: Press the assigned hotkey to unleash Domain Expansion.
Within your Domain, innate skills gain full AoE, become undodgeable, and your offensive/defensive stats receive a 50% boost. Incomplete Domains only benefit from the stat increase.
Domain Clashing
Simultaneous Domain Expansions trigger a minigame.
- Minigame: Press LMB (M1) when the red line aligns within the blue sections of the meter.
- Outcome: The victor expands their Domain; the loser's Domain Meter is depleted.
Defending Against Domain Expansion
Several defensive strategies exist:
- Simple Domain (Technique Tree, 20 SP): Creates a small area nullifying the enemy's Domain effects.
- Hollow Wicker Basket (Unlockable Technique): Negates enemy Domain effects but prevents your own innate technique usage.
- Heavenly Restriction (1699 Robux Gamepass): Negates most sure-hit effects within a Domain.
