You can acquire Wild-Caught Fried Shrimp in two ways: buy them from merchants or catch them yourself while swimming near Alola Beach in Honolulu.
Merchants Selling Wild-Caught Fried Shrimp
The quickest method is purchasing from Grayson’s Weapons at Sea or Nolan’s Boat (locations shown on the map above). These merchants appear only after swimming through the nearby ocean areas.
You only need one shrimp for Kennosuke, and each costs a mere $1.60, allowing for multiple purchases without significant expense.
