Fortnite's new "Reload" mode brings back classic maps and weapons with a modern twist! This fast-paced mode pits 40 players on a smaller map featuring nostalgic locations like Tilted Towers and Retail Row.
What's in Reload Mode?
Reload mode offers a unique comeback mechanic: your squad stays in the game as long as one player survives. A full squad wipe means elimination. This applies to both Battle Royale and Zero Build modes.
The mode features a compact island, excluding drivable vehicles but overflowing with unvaulted loot, including the Revolver, Tactical Shotgun, Lever Action Shotgun, Rocket Launcher, and Grappler.
Victory Crowns are still in play, and rebooted players return with a common Assault Rifle (and building materials in Build mode). The Reboot Timer starts at 30 seconds and increases, but eliminating enemies reduces this timer.
Elimination and Strategy
Eliminated players drop Small Shield Potions, ammo, and building materials (in Build mode), keeping the action intense and strategic.

Complete the Reload mode's intro quests for awesome rewards:
- 3 Quests: Digital Dogfight Contrail
- 6 Quests: Pool Cubes Wrap
- 9 Quests: NaNa Bath Back Bling
- Victory Royale: The Rezzbrella Glider
