Artist's Eye is a tool designed to assist you in drawing or painting with a real pen or pencil on paper or canvas.
Select a reference picture (like a photo) and, as you draw, view your work in progress through the camera on your phone or tablet.
The reference image will appear semi-transparently over your drawing, helping you trace the outlines. This method is similar to the centuries-old camera lucida technique (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camera_lucida).
For the best results, mount your phone on a stable stand, keeping it still and leaving both hands free to create.
